The Spurgeons moved to Pisgah Forest in 2021 with two goals.
One: provide top-notch accommodations to travelers from all over the country.
Two: work as a family to build something great.
Circle-Square Farm was the perfect canvas upon which James, Joyce, and Katherine could demonstrate their skills. With backgrounds ranging from home-building to graphic design, they made easy work of transforming the horse barn from a single-family home upstairs with a six-stall stable downstairs into a luxurious four-bedroom three-bath vacation rental above a private event center complete with a bar and a dance floor.
When you visit, you'll find modern comfort blended with the sort of personal touch that makes you feel right at home. James' carpentry compliments Joyce's carefully curated antique furniture, and Katherine's "Curiosity Room" in the event center highlights the flora, fauna, and geology of Pisgah Forest.
